Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms explain how AYIDIN.PK handles digital products, manual payment verification, delivery, replacements, and refund requests.

1. Digital-only marketplace

AYIDIN.PK sells digital-only products such as subscriptions, accounts, software keys, activation services, gaming credits, AI tools, and streaming access. No physical item is shipped.

2. Manual verification

Orders require accurate transaction IDs, payment screenshots, customer name, and WhatsApp or mobile number before delivery can be completed.

3. Returns and refunds

Because digital goods cannot be physically returned, sales are generally final after delivery, reveal, activation, redemption, or use. Refunds may be approved for verified duplicate payment, non-delivery, wrong item, or invalid delivery where replacement is not possible.

4. Replacement-first policy

AYIDIN.PK may first provide corrected credentials, a new key, a replacement account, repeated activation, or store credit before issuing a refund.
