Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Commitment

At Ayidin, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly, we have a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.

2. Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• The product key or account you received does not work and we are unable to provide a replacement within 24 hours.
• You were charged but did not receive any delivery.
• You received a product significantly different from what was described.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The product key or account has already been activated or used.
• You changed your mind after delivery.
• The product was banned or suspended due to a violation of the platform's terms by the buyer.
• You provided incorrect contact details resulting in failed delivery and we cannot verify the issue.
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery without reporting any issue.

5. Replacements

In most cases where a product does not work, we will first attempt to provide a replacement before issuing a refund. This is usually faster and more convenient for the customer.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days depending on the payment method used.
