Delivery times
Standard delivery for digital products: within 15 minutes of confirmed payment during working hours (10 AM to 12 AM PKT). Orders placed late at night may be delivered the next morning. Custom orders may take longer and the estimated time is discussed on WhatsApp.
Payment verification
For bank transfer and EasyPaisa payments, your order is prepared once we verify the receipt you upload at checkout. This usually takes only a few minutes.
Delivery issues
If you have not received your product within the estimated time, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will resolve it as fast as possible.
