Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind every order with a fair replacement and refund policy.
Replacements
If your product is not working as described or the credentials are invalid, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge, subject to the warranty on the product page.
Refunds
Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a replacement is not possible. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days to the original payment method or via bank transfer / EasyPaisa.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be granted when the product has already been used, activated or shared, or when the issue is due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started.

To start a return or refund request, send us your order number and a short description of the problem on WhatsApp. We aim to respond within a few hours.
